Shipping Options
1. Pick-Up In Store (Free)
Customers may choose to pick up their order at our Grafton, WI location during regular business hours.

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

Please have your order confirmation available when you arrive.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification unless otherwise arranged.
2. Standard Shipping (Shipping + 2% Handling Fee)
We offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

All shipped orders include a 2% handling fee, applied automatically at checkout, to cover packaging and processing.

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Grafton Collective Marketplace is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
If an issue arises, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is mailed, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
